Account Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our team at Made In. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading integrated marketing mandates and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients and the team in the deployment of mandates to deliver the best marketing campaigns.
  • Listen to the needs of all stakeholders and make effective, relevant, and profitable recommendations to maximize client results and ensure the growth of our business.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by meeting marketing objectives for integrated campaigns.
  • Lead account growth and plan, organize, and supervise the strategic execution of mandates while ensuring project profitability.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration, marketing-communications, or a similar degree.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in digital management and advertising, with agency experience an asset.
  • Strong management skills, including analysis, alignment, resource planning, team management, milestone, and goal management.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing objectives.
  • Flawless oral and written communication in both French and English to work with both French and English-speaking clients.
