Account Director Job Description
Salesfloor is seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our team. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for providing expertise to customers to maximize their return on investment (ROI) from using Salesfloor. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise to customers to maximize their ROI from using Salesfloor
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to achieve their goals
- Act as a liaison between Salesfloor and key client stakeholders
- Launch new projects and features, and recommend strategies to make Salesfloor successful for clients and their users
- Partner with decision-makers to resolve business challenges as they arise
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in retail technology and/or software role
- 2+ years of experience managing customer relationships and web analytics metrics
- Excellent written and spoken English is a must. French is an asset but not required.
- Excellent presentation skills
