Account Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Director to join our team at Made In. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading integrated marketing mandates and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients and the team in the deployment of mandates to deliver the best marketing campaigns
  • Listen to the needs of all stakeholders and make effective, relevant, and profitable recommendations to maximize client results and ensure the growth of our business
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by meeting marketing objectives for integrated campaigns
  • Lead account growth and plan, organize, and supervise the strategic execution of mandates while ensuring project profitability
  • Manage budgets of mandates and ensure their profitability
  • Guide and supervise team members on each mandate in collaboration with the Director of Brand and Consulting Services
  • Participate in the development of the brand and consulting services department
  • Present monthly reports on Brands and Consulting projects to department management and make recommendations

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration, marketing-communications (or any other similar degree)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in digital management and advertising, agency experience an asset
  • Strong management skills including analysis, alignment, resource planning, team management, milestone, and goal management and accountability for overall success of engagements
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing objectives
  • Flawless oral and written communication in both French and English to work with both French and English speaking clients
  • Ability to find ways to assist and support colleagues in the collective achievement of set objectives
