Position Overview:

The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team, ensuring that high standards of food quality and safety are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage work schedules for kitchen staff.
  • Order and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.
  • Oversee food preparation processes and portion control.
  • Provide training to staff on their roles and safety protocols.
  • Estimate and plan for necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Maintain quality control measures throughout food service.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
Team Leadership:

Supervise a team of 5-10 culinary staff members.

Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent walking is required.
  • Position is physically demanding.
  • Attention to detail is essential.

Employment Information:
