About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2654125 Ontario Ltd. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and supervise a team of 3-4 food service staff to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute menus that meet the highest quality standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting customers, addressing concerns, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
  • Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
    • Ability to train and develop staff.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced food service environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. The role requires physical demands, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
