Position Overview

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor at Cross Iron Chicken Foods Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation team. Your leadership will ensure that our service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Work Environment

This position is based in a fast-paced food service setting, specifically within a fast food outlet or concession.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in appropriate storage areas.
Work Schedule

This is a permanent position requiring approximately 32 hours of work per week, with English as the primary language of communication.
