Job Title: Vice President of Asset Management

At CTS Global Logistics Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Asset Management to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong leader with a proven track record in managing assets and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of middle managers and executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, budget adherence, and profitability to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • University degree or college diploma in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a middle manager in a related position, preferably in the logistics/transportation industry.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptive to a changing environment and able to lead a team to achieve sales targets.
