Job Title: Vice President of Asset Management

At CTS Global Logistics Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Asset Management to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary of $100,000.00 per year and 35 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Approve sales programs and initiatives to increase market share and revenue.
  • Authorize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate sales activities across different regions and departments.
  • Establish strategic objectives and formulate policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
  • Establish financial controls and administrative procedures to monitor sales performance.
  • Select, mentor, and manage a team of middle managers and executives.
Qualifications:
  • University degree or college diploma.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a middle manager in a related position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is an asset.
