Job Title: Associate / Assistant Vice President, Investor Services

Brookfield Asset Management is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate / Assistant Vice President, Investor Services to join our team. As a key member of our Private Wealth Investor Relations Team, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of client service initiatives and providing exceptional investor experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of key investor servicing initiatives, ensuring timely and professional interactions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across multiple groups within the firm to ensure consistent and proactive investor interactions, leveraging your strong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure effectively.
  • Implement standardized investor servicing protocols to provide a high-quality, consistent investor experience, utilizing your analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Communicate with external and internal stakeholders in a knowledgeable, clear, and professional fashion, showcasing your exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Manage relationships and liaise with third-party service providers and Brookfield and Oaktree funds teams related to private wealth activities, demonstrating your ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in investor servicing, investor relations, client service, accounting, fund operations, fund accounting, or fund administration.
  • CPA, CA, CFA, CAIA, or progress towards one of these designations.
  • Experience working with private funds and/or public securities, with knowledge of real estate, infrastructure, and/or private equity preferred.
  • Team player with a commitment to shared success, demonstrating a positive, can-do attitude and exceptional work ethic.
  • Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
