Job Title: Vice President of Asset Management

At CTS Global Logistics Canada Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Asset Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our assets, ensuring their optimal utilization, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize asset utilization and minimize costs.
  • Lead a team of asset management professionals to ensure effective asset management practices are in place.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for asset optimization and implement changes.
  • Monitor and analyze asset performance data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in asset management, with a focus on cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
