About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Senior Sales Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships in a specific market or region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales leadership experience in a similar industry or technology field
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of sales professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
