Key Responsibilities:
  • Educational Background: Completion of a College or CEGEP program is preferred.
  • Experience Required: A minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role.

  • Core Duties:
    • Review and implement administrative processes to improve workflow.
    • Assign tasks and set priorities for team members.
    • Assist in the preparation of budgets and manage payroll activities.
    • Provide training to staff and mediate conflict situations effectively.
    • Oversee the execution of office administrative protocols.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word is essential.
