Retail Store Manager

Rossland Grocery is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and authorizing returns of merchandise.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff
- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
- Authorize returns of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Organize and maintain inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in a retail environment
- College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a retail environment an asset
- Permanent position with 30-40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
