Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivating Retail Manager to oversee, mentor, and develop our team of Sales Associates in achieving all sales, customer service, and operational objectives. Ideal candidates will possess established leadership, coaching, and business management expertise acquired in a dynamic retail setting.

Required Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management or assistant retail management, preferably in cosmetics
  • Ability to deliver inspiring, genuine, and personalized customer service
  • Prior experience in business strategy, including setting sales and customer service goals, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Background in retail operations, including inventory and facilities management, as well as cash reconciliation
  • Demonstrated success in leading a team to meet sales and customer service objectives
  • Experience in planning and executing in-store events
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; candidates must provide proof of eligibility to live and work in the country if invited for an interview
  • Anticipated Hourly Range: $25.34 to $38.12 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget). Additionally, The Estée Lauder Companies offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. Furthermore, the Company maintains highly competitive incentive compensation programs (role eligibility may vary based on terms of the respective plan(s)). You may be eligible to participate in the applicable Commission/Bonus Plan, under the plan guidelines in effect at the time of hire.
