As a Retail Operations Leader , you will report to the District Manager and cultivate a store environment that promotes inclusivity and diverse customer interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include guiding and motivating the team to meet store objectives, encompassing sales and profit targets, recruitment, performance management, training, and development. Your adaptability to various situations, challenges, and work schedules will be essential for your success in this role.
Daily Responsibilities (What you will do):
- Ensure the store meets company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Operate a business that adheres to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention strategies while managing payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
- Recruit, develop, and train a talented team focused on sales, customer service, and fashion.
- Set the standard for customer experience, ensuring the team delivers a shopping experience that fosters positive customer relationships and loyalty.
- Implement merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store atmosphere that encourages customer engagement.
- Maintain effective communication with the District Manager.
Qualifications (What you will bring):
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve strong sales results.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing exceptional customer experiences.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Benefits (Why work with us):
Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 (Salary may vary based on relevant experience)
