The Store Manager is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to clients while ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, this position is responsible for nurturing talent within the team by implementing recruitment strategies and fostering professional development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uphold Moncler's Sales and Service standards consistently across all store personnel.
- Propel store sales and productivity by managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Store Sales, Units Per Transaction, Conversion Rates, and Inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to analyze business performance and develop actionable plans for growth.
- Ensure flawless execution of company strategies, policies, and procedures within the store.
- Exhibit sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor, connecting with top clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered.
- Guide the team in establishing strong client relationships and organizing local events to boost engagement and sales.
- Coach and ensure compliance with company initiatives among all staff, including training and selling programs.
- Take charge of team development, focusing on performance management and career progression for future leaders through regular communication and feedback.
- Inspire the sales team through exemplary leadership and in-the-moment coaching.
- Proactively attract and recruit high-caliber talent, building a robust talent pipeline.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Partner with the Regional Director and Human Resources to address employee relations matters effectively.
- Oversee daily operations to maintain efficiency and safeguard company assets, including managing schedules, payroll, inventory, and cash.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain the operating budget while striving to minimize costs.
- Supervise in-store after-sales operations to ensure efficiency and a positive client experience.
- Manage the in-store consignment program to enhance client engagement and provide personalized experiences.
- Support visual merchandising standards set by headquarters and execute necessary floor changes.
- Analyze sales reports and coordinate with key departments to maintain optimal stock levels and support new product launches.
- Educate staff on current product knowledge to ensure comprehensive understanding of brand values and seasonal strategies.
- Stay informed about competitive trends and proactively identify future opportunities.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Retail Management, preferably in luxury retail.
- Proven success in sales generation and employee development.
- Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership capabilities to rally a team around company objectives.
- Attention to detail and strong business acumen.
- Ability to analyze business performance and implement driving actions.
- Capacity to stand and walk for the majority of a 40-hour work week.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, POS, CRM, and Inventory Management systems.
- Willingness to work in a temporary or contract role.

Moncler provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position, considering various factors such as business needs, skill sets, experience, and training. The estimated base salary range is CAD 100,000 to CAD 110,000 per year.
