Customer Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer inquiries through phone and email regarding the service department.
- Maintain a positive demeanor to enhance the experience for customers and colleagues.
- Leverage established systems and procedures to provide outstanding customer service in every interaction.
- Efficiently schedule service appointments for client vehicles.
- Communicate with clients to verify service appointments, including time, date, and transportation requirements.
- Manage and update the appointment schedule regularly.
- Perform tasks in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines.
- Confirm service appointments and transportation needs with clients.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Adhere to company safety standards consistently.
- Follow all company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or cashier roles.
- Experience with CDK is a plus.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in the automotive industry or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Advanced computer navigation and utilization skills are essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliability and productivity with minimal oversight are crucial.
- Quick problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and adapt to changing schedules.
