Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all customer inquiries through phone and email regarding the service department.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor to enhance the experience for customers and colleagues.
  • Leverage established systems and procedures to provide outstanding customer service in every interaction.
  • Efficiently schedule service appointments for client vehicles.
  • Communicate with clients to verify service appointments, including time, date, and transportation requirements.
  • Manage and update the appointment schedule regularly.
  • Perform tasks in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Confirm service appointments and transportation needs with clients.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adhere to company safety standards consistently.
  • Follow all company policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or cashier roles.
  • Experience with CDK is a plus.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in the automotive industry or equivalent.
  • Must possess a valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Advanced computer navigation and utilization skills are essential.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities are required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Reliability and productivity with minimal oversight are crucial.
  • Quick problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and adapt to changing schedules.
