- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Create and manage work schedules for staff.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Assists newcomers and/or refugees with the recognition of foreign credentials.
- Support for Youth: Conducts training to foster a welcoming environment for young employees.
- Support for Indigenous Peoples: Offers cultural competency and awareness training to all staff to ensure an inclusive workplace for Indigenous workers.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language of Work: English is the primary language used.
- Work Hours: This role requires a commitment of 35 hours per week.
