Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ice and Spice Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Supervise and manage a team of staff in various areas of responsibility, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and management.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Operations and Administration
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure that all contracts are up-to-date and compliant.
- Manage events, including weddings, corporate events, and other functions, to ensure that they are executed smoothly and to the satisfaction of clients.
- Customer Service and Relations
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that all customers have a positive experience at the restaurant.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Financial Management
- Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
