Position Overview

The role of the Food Service Supervisor is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary services. This position requires a blend of leadership, organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules effectively.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
