Food Service Supervisor

At Royal Paan, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and train our culinary team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ingredients, supplies, and equipment, to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
