Culinary Service Supervisor

The Culinary Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services. This position requires a strong leader who can manage staff effectively and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
The work setting is primarily on-site, providing direct customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
- Supervise the assembly of food trays and ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Create and manage work schedules for team members.
This role includes supervising food service counter attendants and food preparers.
