- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
- Supervise the assembly of food trays and ensure timely delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
This role involves supervising food service counter attendants and food preparers, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
