Culinary Operations Supervisor

Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
Our setting is primarily within a restaurant, providing a fast-paced atmosphere that requires adaptability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
- Train team members on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols
- Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Compile food order summaries for the chef
- Possess knowledge of the culinary styles offered by the establishment
- Supervise the assembly of trays and the delivery of food trolleys
Responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 4 individuals.
