Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
