Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Alliston Mobil. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
    • Assign tasks and duties to staff members to maximize productivity
  • Store Operations
    • Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain accurate records
    • Order merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail supervisory role
    • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
