About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at 2422295 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Operations Management: Oversee store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management, to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in iOS and MS Outlook.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate for this position.
