Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mobilia Interiors Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored and rotated.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, manual dexterity, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, excellent written communication, initiative, judgement, ability to multitask
