Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mobilia Interiors Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and develop a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and optimal product displays.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient stock management and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional standing for extended periods
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, dependable, initiative, and judgement
Work Conditions:
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Work Term: Permanent
