We are a dynamic retail business seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 sales workers, ensuring they are assigned to duties effectively and efficiently.
  • Merchandise Management: Authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer requests and complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy loads.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance and criminal record check required.
