Retail Store Manager

At JDKL Enterprises Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and feedback to improve performance.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- 5-10 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic security clearance and a criminal record check.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure.
