Retail Store Manager

At JDKL Enterprises Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all stock is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- 5-10 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic security clearance and criminal record check.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
