JDKL Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- Ensure a safe and secure working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in retail management or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic security clearance and a criminal record check may be required.
