Retail Store Supervisor

Lions Bay General Store & Cafe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize payments by cheque and return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
