Job Summary

Liaison College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to lead our Health, Education, and Community Services department. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and success in this critical area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring effective use of resources to achieve departmental goals.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and organizational vision.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective representation and advocacy.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, ensuring effective leadership and team performance.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring effective management and resource allocation.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 42 hours per week.
