- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related field
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior executive role, preferably in a related industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and overseeing operational management
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
