Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
    • Lead and manage a team of senior executives to achieve organizational objectives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs
    • Manage and allocate resources to achieve business objectives
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and growth
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance to inform business decisions
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure organizational stability
  • Human Resources
    • Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
    • Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement
    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent Liaison College in external forums, including industry events, conferences, and meetings
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
    • Communicate organizational goals, objectives, and strategies to employees, customers, and partners
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related field
    • Experience
      • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior executive role, preferably in a related industry
      • Proven track record of driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and overseeing operational management
    • Skills and Qualifications
      • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
      • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business issues and develop effective solutions
      • Financial management and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and monitor financial performance
