Position Overview

The role of the Vice President encompasses leadership within the realms of health, education, social services, and community organizations. This position is pivotal in steering the organization towards achieving its strategic objectives.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to less than 3 years in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute resources effectively, including material, personnel, and financial assets, to ensure the successful execution of organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the formation of significant departments and appoint senior management personnel.
  • Oversee the coordination of activities across various regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Set organizational goals and either formulate or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as the representative of the organization in negotiations or delegate this responsibility to appointed representatives.
  • Select and empower middle management, directors, or other executive staff, ensuring optimal working conditions are established.
  • Implement financial and administrative controls, endorse promotional strategies, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervision of a team comprising 3-4 individuals.
