Position Overview

The Vice President of Health, Education, Social and Community Services at Liaison College plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization. This leadership position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in managing diverse teams and resources.

Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively, including material, human, and financial assets, to ensure the successful implementation of organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and oversee the formation of major departments and the appointment of senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate operations across various regions, divisions, or departments to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Set clear objectives for the organization while formulating or approving relevant policies and programs.
  • Act as a representative of the organization in negotiations or other official capacities, or delegate this responsibility to appropriate representatives.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel, ensuring they have the necessary authority and optimal working conditions.
  • Establish robust financial and administrative controls, develop and approve promotional strategies, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.

This role involves supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
