Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Prince George. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks on a large volume of contracts and invoices, maintaining meaningful relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, and acting as a subject matter expert in contract administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify completeness and accuracy of contract information to support ongoing management of contracts.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to contract-related administrative requests, effectively translating complex contract language into concise and simple terms.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training on contract administration, contributing to business teams' contract and relationship management initiatives.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of escalated contract administration-related matters, identifying, investigating, and correcting issues.
Requirements
  • Certificate in Business Administration
  • Minimum three (3) years of contract administration work experience or equivalent
  • High school graduation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Advanced typing skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate English skills for professional environment, written and spoken
