Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at At Your Door Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.
- Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain a calendar of upcoming events.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts, including reviewing and renewing contracts as necessary.
- Office Supplies: Maintain office supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
