We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at At Your Door Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and managing contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages, responding to employee questions and complaints, and ordering office supplies.
  • Task Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to electronic enquiries and providing ongoing support.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
