Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at At Your Door Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Technology: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
