We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at At Your Door Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and maintain inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to employee questions and complaints, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Administrative Support: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, perform data entry, and compile data, statistics, and other information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office.

We offer a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week and a work language of English.
