About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at Alliance Trade & Commerce. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in planning and organizing daily operations, ensuring the smooth execution of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.

Merchandise and Services

Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.

Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.

Issue Resolution

Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
