Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in leading and managing a team, with a background in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Proven P&L accountability and a track record of driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and ability to inspire, coach, and mentor a team.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive business growth and innovation.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, CRM, and inventory management.
