About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Alliance Trade & Commerce. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in planning and organizing daily operations, as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution of business activities.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, and locate and procure them for resale.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
