Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Kiehl's team. As a key member of our store leadership, you'll assist the Store Manager in driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the store team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge and application techniques to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Lead and drive the team to achieve store retail targets by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operations, including POS activities and sales goals.
  • Recruit and loyalize customers through our brand recruitment procedures.
  • Address customer complaints and issues, ensuring complete follow-through and reporting to management.
Requirements
  • You must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma.
  • 1-3+ years of specialty retail store management experience is required.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales by coaching and developing a team is essential.
  • You must be entrepreneurial, resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems in a timely manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • A passion for skincare and serving customers is a must.
  • You must be comfortable conducting skin care services on customers' faces after being trained.
  • A flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
