Your Key Responsibilities

Prescription Processing and Administrative Support:

  1. Handling customer transactions, including prescription requests
  2. Managing refill requests via phone and in-person, and documenting deliveries
  3. Promoting pharmacy initiatives and programs
  4. Organizing prescriptions, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness
  5. Creating and receiving drug orders, compounding, and assembling pill packs
  6. Coordinating professional clinical services
  7. Overseeing inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and narcotic counts
  8. Assisting pharmacists with dispensary duties as permitted
Your Qualifications
  1. Preferred: Pharmacy Assistant Diploma from an accredited institution
  2. Consideration for applicants with 2 years of retail pharmacy experience in lieu of certification in certain provinces
  3. Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is advantageous
  4. Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently in a dynamic environment
  5. Commitment to adhering to and implementing all relevant company standards
