Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Direct and control daily pharmacy operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
    • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Staff Management
    • Manage and supervise a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.
    • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as pharmacy or business.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a retail pharmacy setting, interacting with customers and staff on a daily basis.
  • Work a regular schedule, with occasional overtime as needed.
