About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Wayne Nichols Insurance & Financial Services Ltd. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Sales: Serve clients, assess their needs, promote insurance products, and help members and clients choose coverage.
  • Quote Preparation and Contract Issuance: Prepare quotes and issue insurance contracts in accordance with organizational standards and procedures.
  • File Management and Renewals: Follow up on files, analyze renewals requiring special underwriting, and correct contracts as needed to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Information Requests and Contract Amendments: Respond to information requests and amend contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • OTL License: An Other Than Life (OTL) license is a requirement to start.
  • Customer Service: You must be a forward-thinking individual who is willing to provide exceptional customer service.
